So... big news. Dad lost his job. Been a professional engineer for the same company for the last twenty-five years and they had to let him go. Obama's phailure claims another one. With a masters in civil engineering, the question isn't if we'll get our income back, but when. Don't get happy just yet, that could be a long when and there's still the conditions of that "when" to consider. He may have to commute an hour or we may even have to move.

So what does all of this have to do with me? Well, for the time-being, our family income is a mere one-seventh of what it once was. Not enough to sustain us. In the meantime, I need to find a job and more or less cover my own expenses. If I can, I should also send any surplus home. So not only did I lose my safety net while I'm here at college, now my role has been reversed.

And now for the part that affects my activities online. I may not be able to upload anything for a while. Obviously, I'm down, but not out. I am, however, in a hole and I need to focus my resources on getting out. So, for the time-being, all future and current artwork projects are suspended until further notice. All future and current literature is also suspended until further notice.

I'll try to get back in the swing as soon as possible, but for now, I just need time... and prayers.
